Clinical Supervision
Meir Hersh Brach, LCSW, is available to provide clinical supervision for clinicians looking to deepen their clinical skills and grow as therapists. His approach to supervision is informed by psychoanalytic thinking, with formal training at the William Alanson White Institute. Supervision focuses on helping clinicians develop a fuller understanding of what happens in the therapy room. This includes how to use their own personality and presence as a therapeutic tool, how to give and receive feedback from clients, and how to navigate challenging moments such as anger, resistance, and feeling lost or stuck in the work.
For those entering the field
I make time for individuals who are considering getting into this field, and for early-career therapists who have questions and are looking for someone to talk to. I offer this as a free service, a way of paying forward what was given to me.
